Bought the machine in Oct last year and it stopped working in just two months. My husband tried to contact the link at the website a few times but completely no response even we provided the invoice

Great product, Bad Customer Service
Treadmill is top of the line quality. I have owned a couple of walking pads and this one is the best. However, it took 2 months after the purchase for the product to ship. Multiple calls and emails were not answered by the company.

Did not receive product and Customer Service is non-existene
I ordered an airhot treadmill in November of 2024 to be shipped to Canada. I was very excited to recieve my product after purchasing a new standing desk and I never recieved any producg. This is a scam!! I am currently writing this review in January of 2025 after countless attempts to reach out to Airhot to inquire about what happened to my package. I have tried the customer service messaging system, they never responded, I have tried emailing, they never responded and finally I tried calling, even willing to pay international calling fees just to talk to someone, and they never picked up. Their customer service is horrible and I would not recommend getting any of their products because if anything goes wrong just know you will receive no help.

Customer service is a joke
Never received order! It's literally been a month. I gave them benefit of the doubt during busy holiday season. They took my money and never sent the walking pad. I sent emails and called their number that goes to a full voicemail box. Avoid ordering through this company directly.
