Customer service contacted me and instead of sending a new motor which would've taken some time, they sent me a brand new chair. They also contacted the shipper to come pick up the defective wheelchair from my home.
The new wheelchair works perfectly!

I really had high hopes for this electric wheelchair. Upon unpacking and charging the batteries, the right motor of the wheelchair didn't work. Since I'm disabled and cannot lift the wheelchair to return it, I contacted the sales support and explained one of the motors did not work. I explained there was power to the motor when the joystick is activated but the motor would not run. Instead of warranting their product, they constantly want more pictures and videos. Unfortunately, Amazon won't let me upload the videos no matter how small I convert them. I'm at the point of just getting someone to help me return this wheelchair and I'll go buy it from different vendor.

Have had this two months! Changed my life. Lightweight and easy to handle. I am getting out now. Love it!

This is the best gift I’ve ever like spent money on my mom has a hard time being able to move around so giving my mom the comfort of being able to do things move around easily is such a relief and seeing her in a wheelchair where she has to push herself and it’s so hard seeing her drained and sometimes not even wanting to be part of activities because she feels like a burden I highly recommend it

This is a great mobilization chair. It allows me to go places around my yard without having to worry about getting stuck. My yard isn’t the smoothest yard but I couldn‘t do it with my other mobile scooter. Don’t get me wrong though it‘s not a off-road 4 x 4 mobile chair but it will get you through a grass, dirt and gravel road

I have only used the chair a couple of times but it's been very easy to use.
